Every year, we honor the memory of Mary Dwan and her husband Ralph Dwan, who were instrumental in the formation of ACLT and were among our biggest supporters. They were both beloved by all at ACLT and are greatly missed! Mary Dwan's delicious whiskey cakes have been a long-standing tradition at ACLT's Auction - sometimes spurring quite lively bidding wars! Before her passing in 2018, Mary shared her secret recipe with a dear friend, who has graciously shared it with us so that we may carry on the tradition.
