This class will begin at sunrise starting with sun salutation (Suryanamaskar) followed by a breathing exercise (Pranayama) where you will learn how to take in positive thoughts while removing negative thoughts from your system. We will then follow a process of guided meditation to take you on a journey of everlasting peace and joy. The class will end with a short discussion on the benefits of this practice and tips on how you can incorporate it as part of your daily routine.
